When you are working with the Sandcastle Group you have the benefits of a full service design-build company. The turnkey process takes you from project feasibility and concept design through budgets, schedules and completion. Here are the key steps along the way to Delivering Dreams To Your Doorstep.
- Meet with our Design Consultant to hear about Sandcastle and learning your needs and dreams.
- Review a high quality, complete proposal with project specifications and budget estimates based on your preliminary discussions.
- Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will enter into a Design Agreement with you which will put the entire Sandcastle team into action.
- Feasibility analysis: what you can do on your site with regard to the rules of your town, the size limitations, utilities, and so forth.
- Schematic design: design your home or addition according to your needs, the feasibility work, and your budget. This includes 3-dimensional "walk-thrus" as needed.
- Project schedule: plan your project in detail so that no cost items are missed and you know what will happen and when.
- Complete budget: working closely with our factories vendors and Production staff, we build and complete budget and payment schedule for our contract.
- Contract Time! We enter into a contract with you with the agreed to budget, factory and Sandcastle specifications, completed designs, site plans and more.
- Selections and upgrades: you can now identify any details to customize your project such as tiles, cabinets and so on.
- Ready-to-go: factory deposits are sent and production is scheduled.
- Your site is prepared by Sandcastle while our factory is producing your dream home or addition
- The sunroom or modular components are assembled and all work is completed by Sandcastle.
- Sandcastle obtains all necessary approvals for occupancy and TURN-THE-KEY!
